We begin with an intro clean. This gives both of us a chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit. It also allows us to look over your home, because if it has been a while between cleans, certain areas can take a little longer to bring up to our boutique standard, especially bathrooms and kitchens.
If everything feels right and you’re happy with our service, you then move into your regular cleaning schedule.
Because we use low-toxic, gentle cleaning products, not all grout staining or marks can be fully removed. We will always ensure everything is properly cleaned, but we avoid harsh chemicals that compromise your air quality and your health. At times, we may choose to use vinegar. While the smell isn’t the loveliest, it’s a safe, earth-friendly option that gets the job done without chemicals.
